Conference Fee - Early Bird till Jul 31, 2021*

*/** The conference fee for an oral presentation may be paid ONLY in advance by bank
      transfer or by credit or debit card, but not on the spot.
 

The prices includes VAT, organization costs, accompanying programme, printed publication "Abstracts", catering (coffee breakes, lunches, dinner, social evening). Organizer reserves the right change the prizes.

Except fee for an oral presentations which may be paid only in advance, the other fees can be paid by bank transfer or by credit / debit card within the conference system or by cash on-site.

Confirmation of payment (tax receipt) will be sent via e-mail after reception of the payment. Final invoice will be sent to the billing e-mail address stated in the conference system.

In case of the absence at the conference, the fee is non-refundable, the printed publication "Abstracts" will be sent to the author by post.
